This is our twist on the classic "Bee's Knees" cocktail, using homemade Grapefruit Bitters.
- 2 Oz Gin (We use Gordon's)
- 1/2 Oz Cantons Ginger Liqueur
- 1/2 Oz Honey Syrup*
- 3/4 Oz Lemon Juice
- 5 drops Grapefruit Bitters
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
*To make Honey Syrup: Bring equal parts honey and water to a simmer in a pot, let cool. Will last up to a week in the refrigerator.
